What Are Your Hours of Operation?
The office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M Monday - Thursday (closed for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30) and we are open from 8:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M. on Friday by appointment only.
How Long Is The Waiting List For Public Housing Or The Housing Chioce Voucher Program?
The wait list for each program varies, and it is impossible to give anything except for an estimate of the amount of time it takes to get leased. The Housing Authority does not keep
empty units and when an enquiry is made as to how long it will take to get housed, only an estimate can be given. Once your application has been approved, it is important that you
report any changes to your file such as your current address, telephone number and income information.
Whom Do I Call If I Have a Maintance Issue In My Apartment?
Always call the office at 812-256-6311 during working hours to schedule a work order. All maintenance repairs must have a work order. If you have an emergency during hours when the
office is not open, call 812-256-6311 to obtain the phone number of the on call maintenance personell and someone will help you.
