Housing Choice Voucher

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides financial housing assistance to eligible low-income families based on income. Family income must be within HUD guidelines for household size in order to qualify. The rental property must be reasonable and must pass the HUD housing quality standards. The Housing Choice Voucher program, known as Section 8 assists families with their rent.

For current Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participants, please note all correspondence to the office must be done in writing and if you need help with your voucher, you must set up an appointment with the office to schedule time for a meeting.
